Seth Bailey - CEO

Seth Bailey is the Chief Executive Officer of iTOK.NET, which he co-founded in 2004. Since its inception, Bailey has helped cultivate iTOK’s vision of being a leader in the remote tech-support market, helping to make iTOK one of the first companies to provide managed services to a residential market. This unique positioning has helped the company attract large companies interested in providing a premium technical support experience to their customers. Because of Bailey’s efforts, iTOK has been successful in acquiring key national and international strategic partnerships such as Comcast, Eleventures and others.

Prior to iTOK, Bailey successfully built and sold a multi-million dollar company that he started in 1999. At the time of his exit, his business had grown from a regional company to a national company with over 1,000 employees. This company serviced thousands of clients per year, and doubled profitable revenue every year for five straight years. Bailey was recently honored in 2009 with a Utah Business 40 Under 40 award, and was an honoree of vSpring’s v/100 in 2008.

Sean Miller - President

Sean Miller brings 13 years of entrepreneurial-driven business development, sales and operations leadership--including three successful global ventures-- to the iTOK.NET team. Miller, who co-founded iTOK in 2004, as President of iTOK he also acts as the head of Sales and Business Development. Because of Miller’s efforts in the development of iTOK’s cutting edge technology and business processes, iTOK’s revenues have had an annual growth of 350 percent.

Prior to co-founding iTOK, Miller started, developed and sold a nationwide sales organization with over 200 sales representatives. Miller also co-founded an international nutraceutical company, and was instrumental in taking it from business concept to successful sale in just two years.

Don Bailey - COO

Don Bailey brings over 30 years’ experience in management and operations to the iTOK.NET team. Bailey, was one of the co-founders of iTOK during its early years and built his career working in marketing and operations on several vertical industries for the world’s largest international advertising agency networks; McCann Erickson Worldgroup and Euro RSCG Worldwide. Clients such as Intel, Microsoft, Pfizer, Puegot, Browning, Aventis, and Reckitt Benkiser represent just a few on his key client list. Prior to joining iTOK full time, Bailey was the COO for Datamark, a data-driven marketing company.

Bailey brings expertise in the development of business management systems that integrate sophisticated customer relationship and marketing technologies into productive and profitable solutions. Bailey’s career has focused on guiding internal and external organizations through explosive double digit growth periods, requiring adherence to efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Corey Davis - VP of Marketing

Corey Davis is iTOK.NET’s Vice President of Marketing. Davis comes to iTOK from Vucci, Inc. (a business technology services company), where he was CEO. His previous experience includes Chief Marketing Officer for Vucci, Inc. and Vice President of Marketing for Finicity, an Internet financial services company. In addition, Davis was Director of Marketing for United Online (Classmates.com and Netzero) and helped grow the Web Services division from 5 million to 30 million subscribers. He also has experience working in multiple marketing, public relations and sales positions.

Davis received his B.A. from Brigham Young University in Public Relations, with a minor in Spanish in 1999. He received his MBA from the University of Utah in 2004.

Clark Burbidge - CFO

Clark Burbidge currently acts as iTOK.NET’s Chief Financial Officer. His 30-year career experience includes banking, investment banking and senior corporate officer positions. Before iTOK, Burbidge was CFO and CIO of Kiddie Kandids, LLC, a nationwide children’s photography studio with 184 locations in 38 states. Prior to Kiddie Kandids, Burbidge was Managing Director of a private financial advisory firm, while at the same time functioning as full-time CFO of an early stage high-performance motorcycle/ATV manufacturing company.

Burbidge received a B.S. in Finance from the University of Utah, and an MBA from the University of Southern California. Burbidge is also a soon-to-be-published author with two books under contract to be available during 2011.

Gordon Pirente - VP of Technology

Gordon Pirente, who has 13 years of experience in I.T. operations and management for five companies, is iTOK.NET’s Vice President of Technology. Pirente’s previous experience includes Director of Operations at DirectPointe (a managed I.T. services provider), and Director of I.T. at SecureAlert (a GPS-based security and tracking company), as well as other I.T.-related positions.

Pirente received his Electronics Division degree from ITT Technical Institute.
